BE Sunny Side Up

The sunny side up yolk is filled with Biscoff Speculoos (like our famous yellow hearts).

Speculoos is a traditional crispy gourmet cookie invented (circa 1785) in Brussels, Belgium, distributed in US as 'Biscoff'. You may have tasted them on American Airlines and Delta Airlines.

The yolk couverture and the egg white are made of white chocolate.
