Chocolatier Assistant
We are looking for a Chocolatier Assistant working closely with our Chocolate Artisans Team and reporting directly to Victoria Cerrone, Master Chocolatier at BE Chocolat since 2021.

- The Chocolatier Assistant will learn the basic foundations of all thing’s chocolate.
Our candidate must BE:
- Passionate for chocolate and have a keen attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a team but can also take initiative when necessary
- Open to learning new techniques and consistently strive to improve their craft
- Team player with a positive 'whatever it takes' attitude
- Creative and artistic and likes to bring new ideas to the table
Job requires:
- Tempering cocoa butter and chocolate in a bowl and on marble
- Piping fillings with precision and consistency
- Following recipes exactly
- Standing long hours on feet, working in a small, shared, fast-paced workspace
- Ice cream production experience a plus
- Be comfortable with standing for long periods of time

- Experience working with chocolate
- Minimum of 3 years in food industry
- Minimum current student in second year in culinary school.
